A couple of you asked for my favorite salad recipe that I mentioned a few posts ago. I found it here.
You can make your own breaded chicken with sour cream and bread crumbs, or you can buy Simmons all natural breaded chicken breast tenders (comes in a blue bag) from costco. I've tried both ways and like the costco version better. It tastes better to me, and saves a step.
