I normally don't do birthday posts for our siblings (we have so many!) but I wanted to make an exception for this brown eyed beauty's 10th birthday!!

I remember 10 years ago today, being pink slipped out of my freshman geography class because my mom was in labor! I could NOT wait to meet you and find out if you were a boy or girl. I met Landon on the first floor of the high school. We gathered up the other kids from the jr. high, elementary, and pre school. As we drove out to the hospital we were all anxiously making guesses on brother or sister.
Dad met us out in the parking lot and said "mom had the baby" we kept asking "what is it?!" "what is it?!" he kept responding "it's a baby!" "it's a baby!". After taking the ride up the elevator that felt like an eternity and walking into the hospital room, We saw mom holding a cute little bundle in a PINK shirt!! immediately I was THRILLED to have another SISTER!! You were beautiful! Your lips were huge and dark red! We all gathered around moms bed, and just stared at you. You stared back, making eye contact with Landon for a long long time. I remember crying and being overwhelmed with my very first experience of the veil being so thin. You had come strait from heaven. You were an angel, and I was lucky enough to be your sister.
I hope you have a very happy birthday, and that your year as a 10 year old is as joyful as your life has always been. You bring happiness to our family everyday. We are grateful for your funny sense of humor, your energy, your sweetness, and that you make Owen laugh harder than anyone he knows.

What a sweet birthday post! Happy Birthday Lindie! I can just picture your dad saying "it's a baby" and you guys just all dying to know. What a fun memory.

You are so cute! I'm glad that you found my blog, but truth be told, I've been blog stalking you for sometime! I love it! I miss you. And your little boy is beautiful. We should get together sometime soon, and I mean that for reals rather than just the saying.
