Sweet Owie boy got baptized on September 24th 2016.
He has the biggest heart and the kindest soul.
It was a beautiful day with lots of family supporting him. I was filled with gratitude and joy watching him make covenants that have been such a blessing in my own life.
Owen is driven and devoted to making right choices and that is one of my biggest blessings as his mother.
He was a little nervous about starting scouts. He was expressing concern and a lack of interest and was almost in tears saying he didn't want him to go his first time.
We sat down on the couch and explained to him that its a church program.
Its something the prophet would like him to do.
It's something Heavenly Father would like him to do.
He wiped his tears said "oh REALLY?"
and hasn't looked back since.
I love that that was all he needed to be fully invested.
what a pure boy.
