I love you when you are awake.
In a moving, helping, feeding, running, cleaning, upstairs-downstairs, inside-outside, talking, playing, bathing, driving, reading kind of way. An in-motion kind of way.
when I look at you and you're asleep, I take a deep breath and for just a few seconds I do nothing but love you.
In that moment I do nothing but love you with all my heart.
and that is why, I think God gave us nap time.

Amen sista! Haha. They're so fun and full of life when they're awake, but nothing beats a sleeping child. They look like little angels and are so easy to love!
