weekend
We had a fabulous 4th of July weekend! It was extremely low key and relaxing, with every member of my family at my parents house. The weather was spectacular, the food was delicious, the fireworks were beautiful, and the company was perfect! I have always loved the 4th, but I think it gets better every year. A combination of the smell, sound, taste and feel in the air is totally euphoric to me, and I'm already looking forward to next year.

That is totally my kind of backyard pool. That's what my kids look like while the kids over the fence swim in a huge beautiful swimming pool. I like to think my kids are gaining character :)
