speech graduation

Turning 3 meant that we no longer qualified for early intervention. 

This is the state run program that has helped us a lot with speech. we had a speech therapist come to our house a couple times a month who was so sweet and really connected with kit. For extra practice it was recommended that kit attended a weekly play and learn class. 

I wasn't thrilled with my first impression of the dirty looking place with other kids she had never met. But we were both brave and learned to LOVE it. She was so happy there!! She loved Mrs. Greta and Mrs Lindsey, learned and grew socially and verbally and it made me grateful for all different kinds of people who play a part in my children's lives. These two made her feel beautiful, special, smart and fun.
